Arduino Due 5 Channel Video Sequencer / Switcher [work in progress]

This is a new project I'm working on:
A 5 channel video switcher / sequencer powered by an Arduino Due

Specs:

- 5 RCA video inputs
- 1 RCA video output
- 5 buttons to toggle the inputs
- 5 potentiometers
- 1 RCA audio input
- 1 potentiometer for audio input
- 3 toggle switches

done so far:

manual mode: switch between the video inputs with the buttons.
automatic mode: the inputs are switched on in a row. With the potentiometers it is possible to change the delay between the video inputs.

to do:

audio input with volume control
audio input with beat detection
video switching by audio input
other automatic modes
glitch circuit
